1 lb lean ground beef
10 oz Ragu Chunky Tomato, Garlic & Onion
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
8 oz Ronzoni smart pasta

Recipe Directions for Lean Ground Beef & Mushroom Goulash v2

  1. heat olive oil and then brown ground beef.

  2. season beef then add fresh mushrooms.

  3. let mushrooms cook for about 5 minutes in the beef mixture, then add sauce.

  4. add cooked pasta and then lower heat for 20 minutes to let everything simmer and flavors meld.

  5. makes 6 (nearly one cup servings). can be served immediately or frozen for later.
