Protein for rebuilding, a mix of quick and sustained release energy, enough fat to keep your blood sugar happy for a good while and just about every vitamin, mineral, micronutrient and phytochemical you could ask for. It's like giving your body a spa date on the inside. And it tastes good too!

Recipe Ingredients for Lean Green GO! Juice

100 ml WheatGrass Shooter
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Cod Liver Oil with Lemon
1 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1 cup Spinach
1 scoop Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein
1 serving vege greens

Recipe Directions for Lean Green GO! Juice

  1. Add 750 ml water to blender.

  2. Drop frozen wheatgrass cube and cut banana pieces to water. Allow time to thaw if an icy shake is not preferred.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to blender.

  4. Puree until smooth.

  5. Pour into large glass and drink. Note: this is one tall, hydrating serving of liquid sunshine. Enjoy!
