2 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
150 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
50 grams Onions
90 grams Mushrooms
200 grams Vegetables, Mixed
40 grams Skim Milk
10 grams Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for lean fritata

  1. Cut the veggies.

  2. Saute in a small amount of oil.

  3. Mix 1 whole egg and 2 eggs worth of whites with a small amount of milk.

  4. Pour onto the veggies, turn to low, season.
