Recipe Ingredients for Lean Cheddar-Bacon Burger

1 lb. beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat
4 oz. canadian bacon (finely chopped)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lean Cheddar-Bacon Burger

  1. Combine ingredients. Separate into 4 patties.

  2. Lightly brush olive oil on both sides of the patties. Grill, broil, or pan-fry (using non-stick cooking spray) to desired doneness.

  3. To avoid additional calories, serve on a bed of lettuce and top with onion and tomato slices.
