Lean/Trimmed beef kabobs with red onions and red,yellow, and green peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Lean Beef Kabobs

4 oz Beef, Brisket, Flat Half
1 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
92 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
100 grams Onion Red
0.13 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Lean Beef Kabobs

  1. Trim as much fat off of the leanest brisket you can find in you local meat market.

  2. Cut into 1" cubes

  3. Cut peppers and onions into 1" pieces

  4. Alternate beef cubes with veggies on skewers.

  5. Lightly spray with olive oil.

  6. Lightly salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Preheat grill to Med. High.

  8. Evenly grill until the beef is to your desired internal temperature.

  9. Serve as desired.
