Tasty and filling chili. Would be great by itself or over pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Lean Beef Chili

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
15 1/2 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
3 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup diced onions
3 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Season Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Lean Beef Chili

  1. Brown the beef in the bottom of the pan.

  2. Add the onions and all seasonings continue to brown the meat.

  3. Rinse the beans and add to the meat mixture.

  4. Add the Diced tomatoes, Chicken Broth and tomato paste.

  5. Let simmer on medium low heat until it thickens.
