Easy wheat bread that only has to rise once

Recipe Ingredients for Leah's wheat bread

1 c boiling water
1/4 c butter
1/4 c honey
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 c quick oats
1 1/2 c cold water
2 T yeast
3 c wheat flour
2 c white flour

Recipe Directions for Leah's wheat bread

Bring water to boil in a small saucepan. Add butter. Once melted remove from heat. Add honey, brown sugar and oats. Once liquid is well absorbed by the oats transfer into kitchenaid with bread hook. Add cold water and mix, once cool add yeast. Slowly add flour one cup at a time (wheat first). Once flour well incorperated allow to knead in mixer for 2 minutes. Remove bread dough from bowl and shape into loaves. Allow to rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 additional minutes. Remove bread from pan and cover with butter.
