Recipe Ingredients for Leah's Turkey Meatloaf

2.58 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup diced mushroom
4 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Leah's Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Separate into 3 small or 2 large loaves.

  3. You can wrap one or two loaves and freeze for later use at this point.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees (40-60 minutes depending on loaf size).
