stuffed cabbage but easier :) if you want to reduce calories you couldpass on the cheese but I love it

Recipe Ingredients for lazy WOMANS cabbage :)

10 cups Classic Cole Slaw
10 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
0.5 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for lazy WOMANS cabbage :)

  1. season hamburger with salt substitute and pepper and brown on stove

  2. mix remaining ingredients except cheese

  3. cook stove top for about 15 minutes and season as desired

  4. transfer ingredients to baking pan

  5. top with mozz cheese

  6. bake at 350 until cheese is melted
