1 egg, bitten
1/2 cup flour
1 pinch of ginger powder

  1. mix all ingridients

  2. make small balls and flat them a little with your hands

  3. put into the boiling water till they come up to the surface (2-3 minutes)

  4. serve with sour cream or greek flat yogurt
