Firm tofu - 3 oz Lite soy sauce - 1 teaspoon Green onion, minced - 1 stalk Garlic, minced - 1 cloves Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette - 1 teaspoon

Recipe Ingredients for Lazy Tofu

1 serving Tofu Firm (Sunflower Market) 3 oz
1 clove Garlic
0.5 serving Green Onions
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.2 serving Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette Dressing

Recipe Directions for Lazy Tofu

  1. Squeeze your tofu to get the water out - I leave mine between two plates while I prepare everything else.

  2. Mince garlic and scallion. Mix together soy sauce, lime cilantro vinaigrette, green onion, and garlic.

  3. Pat tofu dry, and cut into slices/cubes/chunks as desired.

  4. Mix marinade and tofu and let sit - I typically let mine sit for about 20-30mins, but it's really up to you.

  5. Stir-fry until warmed through and beginning to brown/crisp - takes me about 10-15mins depending if there are other things in the pan.

  6. I often serve it over brown rice, with mixed vegetables.
