650 ml low sodium tomato sauce, basil,
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth,
1/2 cup kale, chopped
1/2 cup shelled edamame
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chickpeas, canned,
1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Method:

  2. In a large sauce pan combine the tomato sauce, chicken broth, kale, shelled edamame, broccoli, chick peas and olive oil.

  3. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 25 minutes.

  4. Top with goat?s cheese if desired
