Easy to make lasagna. No need to cook the noodles!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Lazy Lasagna

2.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce with Tomatoes and Basil
12 oz Cottage Cheese, Creamed, Large Or Small Curd
6 oz Plain Lowfat
3 oz Lasagna
10 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
12 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Lazy Lasagna

  1. Cook the beef in a large skillet until meat is brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Reduce to low heat and stir occasionally, heating thoroughly. Set aside. Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, and parmesan cheese; blend well.

  2. Spoon 1/3 of the meat mixture into a 13 X 9 pan. Layer with of the noodles (3 noodles), of the cottage cheese mixture, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with the last third of the meat mixture and mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour in a 350 F oven. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and let set for 15 - 20 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces for serving. Refrigerates well for later eating.
