1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
28 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 oz anchovies
1 cup olives, chopped
1 tablespoon capers
1 Red pepper flakes to taste

  1. Heat olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and cook till golden brown.

  2. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
