Recipe Ingredients for Lazy-Hungry broccoli, mushroom and tofu mixture

1 cup tofu
1 cup broccoli
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Lazy-Hungry broccoli, mushroom and tofu mixture

cook all in skillet over heat, stir in soy sauce and sesame oil at the end. (I used a spray so that my veggies wouldn't stick--the sesame and soy sauce mixture is for the very end.
