Plain Guacamole without the Cilantro

Recipe Ingredients for Lazy Guacamole

3 medium Avocado
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Lazy Guacamole

  1. -Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl

  2. -Dice tomato and add to mash

  3. -Chop the green onion and add to mash

  4. -Squeeze the lemon juice into the mash

  5. -Mix and serve with pita squares, tortillas, quesadillas, or whatever you like!!
