actually it is 9 noodles and 3/4 cup of ground meat but needed analysis can freeze

Recipe Ingredients for Lazy day lasagna

12 oz cottage cheese
2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 eggs
1/3 c parsley (chopped)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp pepper
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1/4 pound ground beef ( or turkey cooked)
1 oz noodles (lasagna regular uncooked)
3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Lazy day lasagna

  1. in large bowl mix cheeses, eggs parsley, onion powder, basil, and pepper untiul well blended: set aside.

  2. in medium bowl mix together spaghetti sauce and cooked meat

  3. iln 12x8x2 baking dish spread 3/4 c meat suace. Layer 3 uncooked noodles and top with meat sauce

  4. spead wiht 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture and 1 1/2 c meat sauce. Layer 3 more noodles on top of meat sauce.

  5. spread with remaining cottage cheese mixture.

  6. top with remaining 3 uncooked noodels and remaining meat sauce

  7. pour water around edges.

  8. wrap tightly with freezer paper, for or place dish in 2 gallon bag.

  9. label and freeze

  10. To serve: thaw and bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes.

  11. uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.

  12. Let stand 10 minutes

  13. serve with parmesan cheese

  14. to bake from frozen stage add 30 minutes to total baking time.
