Recipe Ingredients for Lazy Day Cabbage Roll

6 cups cabbage
1 lb lean ground beef, browned
1 onion
3 tbs Minute rice
2 tbs brown sugar
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Lazy Day Cabbage Roll

  1. Brown ground beef, drain and rinse under water.

  2. Mix soup, water, rice, brown sugar, and water and mix thoroughly.

  3. Pour soup/meat mixture over cabbage and mix well.

  4. Can put in 9 x 13 pan and put in 350 degree oven for 2 hours or put in crock pot on low for 8 hours.
