Recipe Ingredients for Lazy "Cabbage Rolls"

2 serving (Indian Heritage) basmati rice
1/2 head Cabbage, Cooked
1 cup slices Carrots
1 cup Onions
3 tbsp Parsley
1 serving Sunflower Oil
12 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
6 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Lazy "Cabbage Rolls"

  1. Brown in oil chopped onions and shredded carrots for about 3-4 minutes. Add shredded cabbage and chopped parsley. Cook for another 3-4 minutes and than add ketchup. Seamer for 5 more minutes (or until cabbage will be somewhat soft) and than place everything in separate cattle. Add more oil to frying pan and brown meat till done, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. When meat is done, place it with the rest of vegetables, mix everything together and seamer for a minute or two, just to combine all of the tastes.

  2. Enjoy with a dollop of sour cream and some shredded cheese.
