Another attempt at an easy-to-make baked chicken. Takes about as long to prepare as it takes to pre-heat the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Lazy Baked Chicken #2

1 9/20 lb chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Lazy Baked Chicken #2

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Using a sharp knife, thin-slice chicken if not already done.

  3. Arrange chicken on cooking platter.

  4. Thoroughly mix olive oil, parsley, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.

  5. Evenly spread oil/herb mixture over the surface of the chicken.

  6. Cook in oven for 40 minutes.
