Recipe Ingredients for Lazanki

1 medium raw Onion Red
16 oz Center Cut Bacon
4 cup Vlasic Polish Sauerkraut
4 cup Noodles, Egg

Recipe Directions for Lazanki

  1. cut bacon in big chunks. Put in hot dutch oven.

  2. Half onion and cut in think slices. Add it to bacon mix well.

  3. (when onion is nice and soft)

  4. Rinse sauerkraut add to bacon and onion. Cover and reduce heat to low.

  5. Boil water and cook noodles.

  6. season sauerkraut with plenty of salt and black pepper.

  7. Drain noodles and put them back to pot. Add sauerkraut and mix well. Add more pepper if needed

  8. Enjoy
