RECIPE CALLS FOR 6 SPINACH OR REGULAR LASAGNA NOODLES (COOKED AL DENTE) - ADD THIS SEPARATELY!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Layered Tuna Broccoli

1 cup grated mozzarella
2 cups fresh broccoli
1 can tuna
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
3/4 tsp salt
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 oz grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Layered Tuna Broccoli

Steam broccoli. In saucepan, make white sauce. Combine half white sauce with broccoli. Pour some of remaining sauce to cover greased 3-4" deep baking dish. Make two layers of noodles, eggs, tuna, broccoli, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Pour remaining white sauce over top. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 40 min.
