Recipe Ingredients for Layered Omelette Cake

16 large Egg, Whole
2 serving Vegetable Oil 100% Pure
500 grams Cream Cheese Light
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving Red Raw Chillies
50 grams Watercress
5 tbsp chopped Chives

Recipe Directions for Layered Omelette Cake

Make 4 omelettes, using the eggs and chives. Cool. Beat together all the remaining ingredients. Line an 8" cake tin with cling film and put one omelette in the base. Spread 1/3 of the mixture on it, cover with another omelette and repeat until the mixture is used up. Top with the final omelette. Chill for 30 min. Turn out & cut into 12 wedges, garnished with watercress.
