yummy twist to taco nite. Should use Vegetable Chilli instead of regular chilli(the recipe maker wouldnt recgonize veggie chilli) By using low fat and low sodium items you will shave off extra calories. You can also skip the refried beans if you dont like them.

Recipe Ingredients for layered mexican dip

0.34 kg extra lean ground beef
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
796 ml Chili
100 g tortilla chips
60 g taco Seasoning
398 ml refried beans

Recipe Directions for layered mexican dip

  1. Fry hamberger add seasoning

  2. light layer of refried beans onto a single casserole dish

  3. ontop of beans put hamberger

  4. put Vegetable Chilli on top of hamberger

  5. cheese ontop of it all and into the oven for 20 minutes at 375
