Mexican-style layered casserole meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Layered Enchilada Bake

1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion
2 c salsa
15 oz. black beans, drained, rinsed
1/4 c light Italian dressing
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
246 g flour tortilla
1 c light sour cream
226 4/5 g Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Layered Enchilada Bake

Preheat oven to 400. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on med-high heat; drain. Add salsa, beans, dressing and seasoning mix; mix well. Arrange 3 of the tortillas on bottom of 9x13 baking dish; cover w/layers of half each of the meat, sour cream and cheese. Repeat all layers. Cover with foil. Bake, covered, 30 min. Remove foil. Bake an additional 10 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.
