Taken from the 7 Layer Salad. Using cabbage instead of Lettuce

Recipe Ingredients for Layer Slaw Salad

16 oz cabbage
1/4 head cauliflower
1 med Onion
6 tbls Light Miracle Whip
5 tbls Splenda
1/2 oz imitation bacon bits
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Layer Slaw Salad

  1. Layer ingredients in order given. Wash and drain cauliflower, dry with a paper towel. Put on top of shredded cabbage. Layer remaining ingredients, Salt and Pepper to taste.

  2. Store in refrigerator over night. Stir before serving.
