YUMMY vegan salad rolled up in a whole wheat lavash.

Recipe Ingredients for Lavash salad roll-up

60 g lavash
2 cups lettuce
5 oz cucumber
1/4 avocado
85 g chik'n strips
14 g craisins
1 tbsp onion
8 g extra virgin olive oil raspberry merlot vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Lavash salad roll-up

  1. Pile lettuce, cucumber (about half of one), avocado, craisins, finely diced onions, and morningstar farms vegan chik'n strips on one Joseph's whole wheat lavash.

  2. Drizzle on 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Raspberry Merlot extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette.

  3. Roll up the lavash.

  4. NOTE: I had to fudge the salad dressing and the lavash in the ingredients. The only thing from Joseph's that this site has is the pita bread. So most of the nutritional info for that is right, EXCEPT the sodium! It's lower in reality than the nutrition data says. Also, the salad dressing doesn't exist in the data base, so this was as close as I could get. There are about 20 extra calories in this meal than stated, and half a gram LESS fat.
