3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Lava Shrimps

  1. Heat up the Olive Oil in a deep pan, place the chopped onions and the minced garlic cloves on the heat and stir to light golden color, add the minced ginger to the mix along with the sliced jalapeņo pepper.

  2. Add the shrimps and the salt-n-pepper and keep moving the mixture until the shrimps start to change color, now add the lemon juice and mix one more time.

  3. Add the ketchup the hot sauce and keep mixing while adding the cabbages in small portions.

  4. Once you see the shrimps coking in the sauce and its own water continue mixing the contents for a little while and lower the heat to simmer.
