Recipe Ingredients for Lauries Rhubarb Loaf

1.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.67 cup Olive Oil
1 large Egg, White
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tsp Baking Soda
2.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.5 cup, diced Rhubarb

Recipe Directions for Lauries Rhubarb Loaf

  1. Stir in Order

  2. Pour mixture into 1 greased loaf pan

  3. Bake at 325 for 60-80 minutes

  4. check at 50 minutes, stab with knife, once knife comes out clean it is done
