This makes a huge cake-like quiche. Yum yum.

Recipe Ingredients for Laurie's Crustless Quiche

2 cups fat-free cream cheese
10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 lb. grated cheese (whatever kind you like)
1/2 lb. turkey italian sausage
2 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for Laurie's Crustless Quiche

Beat the cream cheese until creamy; add eggs one at a time blending between each one.  Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter; beat till blended.  Stir in onion and cheese.  Add whatever extras you?d like (i.e., broccoli, sausage, bacon, etc.).  Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 350 and bake another 30-40 minutes or until it begins to brown on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
