Recipe Ingredients for Laureen's Lasagna

4 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles
4 whole tomatoes
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
5 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp basil
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
1000 ml Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 lb lean ground beef

Recipe Directions for Laureen's Lasagna

  1. Cook ground beef, mix in onions and garlic to brown. Add Tom sauce, tomatoes, spices and simmer 15 minutes.

  2. Layer in pyrex dish: tom sauce, noodles, parm cheese adn repeat until done.

  3. Top with shredded cheese

  4. Cook at 400 for 35 minutes or until cheese is crunchy on top
