Recipe Ingredients for Laura's White Chili

1 3/10 lbs ground turkey
16 oz dried Cannelini beans
5 tomatillos
3 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
2 poblano pepper
3 serrano pepper

Recipe Directions for Laura's White Chili

  1. saute onions, garlic and spices (cumin, red pepper, corriander seeds) in olive oil

  2. add turkey and saute

  3. add beans and other remaining ingredients (except cilantro) and simmer (with liquid added to cover everything...is the bean liquid first though)

  4. when nearly finished add salt to taste and cilantro, continue cooking for 5 more minutes
