Recipe Ingredients for Laura's turkey noodles

16 cups turkey broth
6 eggs
6 cups flour
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Laura's turkey noodles

  1. beat eggs until light and fluffy

  2. salt generously

  3. add flour a little at a time until it makes a good fairly stiff dough. Flour your work space and separate the dough into smaller balls. Roll each ball of dough out into fairly thin rectangular shape. Using pizza cutter, cut into thick strips. Let dry overnight and drop into boiling Turkey broth. Let cook for 30 minutes or more until noodles are tender and the broth thickens into a gravy.
