Something I came up with when I had a hunger head ache and a craving for tuna

Recipe Ingredients for Laura's Tuna Patties

7 oz. tuna, drained
1 tbsp miracle whip
1 tbsp mustard
8 saltine crackers
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Laura's Tuna Patties

  1. Combine tuna, miracle whip, mustard, and crushed crackers in small bowl

  2. seperate mixture evenly

  3. roll in saltine crackers and italian seasoning

  4. heat oil in medium sized pan and cook patties for two minutes on each side or until brown

  5. enjoy with side of your choice
