Adapted from Weight Watchers 0 point soup. I add chicken which gives it some calories, but protein as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Laura's Skinny Soup

12 tsp Bouillon
0.75 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 cup slices Carrots
96 oz Water
1 small Onions
2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.5 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 clove Garlic
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 tsp Sodium-Free Salt
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Laura's Skinny Soup

  1. Dice Chicken and cook in sauce pan until it turns white

  2. Put water in a large sauce pan

  3. Add Bouillon

  4. Dice remaining ingredients and add to stock (I put in the carrots when there are only 5 min left as I like them to remain crunchy)

  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 45 min.

  6. With about 5 min left put in seasonings
