3 cups green cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup lite mayo
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 carrot

Recipe Directions for Laura's Simple Coleslaw

  1. shred cabbage and put into large mixing bowl.grate the carrot and add it to the bowl

  2. in a medium mixing bowl mix together the mayo and vinegar.

  3. dress the cabbage with the vinegar and put in the fridge for at least half hour.
