Recipe Ingredients for Lauras Pumpkin Scones

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tablespoons splenda
1 1/8 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Lauras Pumpkin Scones

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl

  3. cut butter into small pieces

  4. Mix pumpkin and egg

  5. add butter, pumpkin, and egg to the dry ingredients mix until combined throughly/until butter dissappears

  6. kneed mixture into a rectangle and cut into 12 wedge shaped scones

  7. bake for 15 minutes or until brown

  8. serve and enjoy
