Recipe Ingredients for lauras pancakes

30 g egg whites
30 grams oats
1/2 cup apple, shredded
40 g low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for lauras pancakes

  1. mix all together and cook in frying pan sprayed with pam until golden brown on both sides

  2. serve with syrup if so desired. I used sugar free syrup 2tbsp for 5 calories.....
