Recipe Ingredients for Laura's Oatmeal Pancakes

10.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.33 cup Wheat Bran, Crude
0.33 cup Oat Bran
2 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Laura's Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. One batch makes approximately 15 pancakes.

  2. * 1 cup frozen blueberries

  3. * 2 1/2 cups oatmeal

  4. * 1/3 cup wheat bran

  5. * 1/3 cup oat bran

  6. * 500mL container simply egg whites

  7. Mix with an immersion blender. Adjust consistency with oatmeal to thicken or egg whites or milk if the mixture is too thick. Use a 1/3 measuring cup and ladel onto a prepared non stick skillet.
