Pasta salad where you kinda throw in whatever you have in the kitchen.. this is what I had in mine. I may have added fresh Thyme as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Laura's Kitchen Sink Pasta salad

4 oz Rigatoni
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1/3 cup chopped pecans
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion chopped

Recipe Directions for Laura's Kitchen Sink Pasta salad

  1. Boil pasta until soft.

  2. Chop garlic and onion... saute in olive oil until soft.

  3. Drain pasta.

  4. In large bowl combine all ingredients.

  5. enjoy

  6. The great thing about this is that you can use whatever you have in the kitchen. This is what I had on this night... I may have added some Thyme too but I can't remember. It sure was yummy though!
