1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 cup onion
1 cup red pepper

Recipe Directions for Laura's Italian whatchamacalit

  1. Cook diced chicken in tomato sauce and juice.

  2. Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer for 8 minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, and serve over whole wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
