This is a great smoothie that tastes good and gives you the nutrients that you need. I don't eat a lot of meats so adding the tofu gives me protein, and you don't even taste it.

Recipe Ingredients for Laura's High Energy smoothie

1 Banana
1/4 cup tofu
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries)

Recipe Directions for Laura's High Energy smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. The amounts are just estimates, you may need to add or use less of an ingredient if you prefer the smoothie thicker or more runny.

  3. Enjoy!

  4. P.S. Also great for putting in a empty water bottle and drinking it on the go.
