Recipe Ingredients for Laura's easy chicken pie

10 oz cream of chicken soup
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
16 oz cooked chicken breast
1 uncooked pie crust

Recipe Directions for Laura's easy chicken pie

  1. cook one pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast

  2. cut chicken into cubs

  3. lightly thaw mixed vegetables in microwave

  4. combine mixed vegetables and cream of chicken soup

  5. add chicken to vegetable/soup mixture

  6. pour into a glass baking dish

  7. place uncooked pie crust on top of mixture

  8. bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees or until vegetables are cooked and pie crust is brown

  9. cut into eighths and serve
