Adapted from weight watchers 0 point soup. I add chicken for protein

Recipe Ingredients for Laura's Diet Soup

96 oz Water
12 tsp Bouillon
12 oz Chicken
2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 1/2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
3 clove Garlic
1 medium Onions
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
2 cup, shredded Cabbage
1/2 cups Portabella Mushroom
1 cup celery
1 serving Jewel Western Style Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Laura's Diet Soup

  1. Dice Chicken and cook in large sauce pan until chicken is white

  2. Put in water and bouillon

  3. Dice remaining ingredients and put into pot (I put in the carrots with just 5 min left so they stay crunchy)

  4. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 45 min.

  5. With 5 min. left put in seasonings
