Recipe Ingredients for Laura's Breakfast

1 scoop protein, soy
1 cup water
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1 tbs. brown sugar, organic
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Laura's Breakfast

  1. 1 cup water in pan

  2. add protein powder let sit to disolve,

  3. add 1/2 cup oats, heat.

  4. add frozen blueberries, cook a little longer

  5. serve in fanciest bowl possible

  6. top with organic brown sugar and cinnamon to taste
