I tweeked this to be less sodium and fat (less olive oil and tahini)

Recipe Ingredients for Laura's better for you hummus

2 clove garlic
19 ounce garbanzo beans
4 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs tahini
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs water

Recipe Directions for Laura's better for you hummus

  1. In food processer, chop garlic. Rinse and drain beans and put into processer. Add rest of ingredients. Blend well.

  2. Eat with vegis!
