6 cups 2% milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 cups of colby jack cheese
10 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for Laura's baked macaroni and cheese

  1. boil pasta

  2. combine milk, butter, and flour to create cream sauce

  3. add 1 cup or cheese to cream sauce and continue cooking

  4. drain pasta

  5. combine sauce and pasta in baking pan; sprinkle extra 1 /4 cup of cheese on top and bake until cheese is browned
