Recipe Ingredients for Laura Calder's Tizza Soup

1 pound potatoes
1 zucchini
2 large carrots
1 turnip
2 leeks
2 artichoke hearts
2 tomatos
1 celery stalk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cube chicken stock
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Laura Calder's Tizza Soup

The soup will be pureed, so just rough chop all the vegetables and place in a a large stock pot or dutch oven. Add the stock and olive oil, season with pepper and add water (6 cups is just an estimate) to just cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil and simmer until all vegetables are tender. Run through a food mill or use an immersion blender to puree. Serve hot.
