Recipe Ingredients for Lauki/Lau Aloo Sabzi

2 cup (1" cubes) Gourd, White-flowered (Calabash)
2 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.25 cup Peas, Green
1.5 tbsp Soy Oil
0.33 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seed
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
5 g Turmeric Powder

Recipe Directions for Lauki/Lau Aloo Sabzi

  1. 1. heat oil

  2. 2. temper with cumin seeds

  3. 3. fry the boiled potatoes in it

  4. 4.add calabash, salt, sugar,turmeric.

  5. 5. stir around .

  6. 6. add green peas.

  7. 7. taste seasoning and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves before taking off of the flame.

  8. 8. serve with rotis.
