Recipe Ingredients for Laughing Cow Casserole

14 1/2 oz Barilla plus Rotini
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
10 oz Frozen Broccoli
8 wedges Laughing Cow Cheese
1/4 cup skim Milk
1/2 cup Fat Free Yogurt
1 tbls Smart Balance Light
2 tbls Minced Garlic
1 cup Chopped onion
1 large Tomato

Recipe Directions for Laughing Cow Casserole

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 350

  2. Bring Pasta to a boil

  3. In a large sauté pan Melt Butter, add Onions and Garlic, as Onions brown add you ground turkey, as your turkey begins to cook all the way through at the tomatoes, and frozen Chopped Broccoli leave uncovered stirring occasionally until cooked thoroughly.

  4. In Separate Bowl add Milk, Yogurt, seasoned salt and Pepper, and cheese Wedges.

  5. When Pasta is Complete add this to your Milk and Cheese mixtures stir thoroughly mixing all ingredients (this will allow the yogurt and cheese to melt in with the pasta) add your Turkey and Vegetable from the sauté pan with you pasta. Continue mixing thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined. Move into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
